What the FAQ is Nerdy Grrl?
Welcome to Nerdy Grrl!!! Our highly trained bloggers are standing by to provide you with all the necessary essentials to help you get your geek on. Our goal, to bring you the best that the crafting, music, science, and culinary worlds have to offer (well at least in our opinions); our specialties macramé, corn dogs, music and more, much more. As we speak our nerdelicious army is out pounding the pavement looking for the newest, nerdiest, and nastiest novelties this side of the Milky Way (the galaxy not the tasty, and delicious, nougat filled, confection).
How often is the site updated?
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the occasional third Sunday thrown in.
Who is Nerdy Grrl?
Melissa M. Melville
After being turned down by the Wilhelmina modeling agency at age 12 Melissa vowed to wage and endless war on all things ‘fashionable’, at times even going as far as wearing a brown belt with black shoes. Her love of science, macramé, carnies, and all things epicurean combined with her hatred for the above mentioned fashionistas inspired her to create Nerdy Grrl. “We live in a superficial plasticized world and I have been put here to melt the fucker down!”
Melissa is saving herself for Garrison Keeler, “He can come and explore my Lake Wobegon anytime” and currently is not allowed within 50 ft of the beloved American icon. When not blogging away or fantasizing about Mr. Keeler, she enjoys spending her days contemplating the meaning of life while nibbling away on the delectable Big Mac. She has also never met a piece of cheese that she didn’t like.
